Notice of rules for Payment under banking control

In the current environment, all participants in the cryptocurrency market in the Russian Federation are subject to increased scrutiny from banks and regulatory authorities. This trend is driven by stricter control over financial transactions and affects both private individuals and professional market participants.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ, banks have the right to suspend transactions and block accounts if there are signs of suspicious activity. For transactions involving large volumes, financial institutions may request the following:

  • Proof of the legal origin of funds;
  • Income documentation (such as a 2-NDFL certificate, bank statements, or contracts);
  • Explanations regarding the purpose of payments.

Given this situation, the risk of additional checks or account blocks in connection with cryptocurrency operations remains. To minimize the likelihood of payment freezes and account restrictions, large-sum payments are made not in a single transfer, but in several smaller transactions.
